The Student Services Program Coordinator II autonomously performs professional duties supporting the hybrid Occupational Therapy Doctoral program in the College of Health Professions. The program combines online and on-campus activities while providing the same curriculum as the residential program. The role may allow remote work, but the coordinator is expected to live in the Charleston vicinity and commute to the MUSC campus as needed each semester for training and program events. The successful candidate will develop comprehensive student services support for the hybrid program, coordinate admissions processes, develop procedures, facilitate program communications, and foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment. The position advises students on academic and university matters, manages applicant communications and application systems, coordinates student events, and maintains program communications and resources. It also supports scheduling, registration, student records, admissions reporting, and student participation in ceremonies.
