We are seeking a collaborative and student-centered Student Services Manager to lead ASU 101-LA, a foundational, one-credit student success course designed to support first-year online students in The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (The College). Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Student and Academic Programs in The College, this role provides academic instruction, guidance, and coordinated support to help students successfully transition to university learning. The student services manager is responsible for overseeing course design, instruction, and continuous improvement, while fostering a sense of belonging and connection for online learners. This position plays a central role in advancing The College’s goals related to student engagement, retention, and success by ensuring a cohesive instructional experience across all ASU 101-LA sections and coordinating proactive outreach and early support interventions in partnership with faculty, advisors, peer learning assistants, and student success teams.
