About The Position

In this challenging role, you will be supporting the ERC-Early College department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following. Manage Temporary Staff, provide support to prospective dual enrollment students, parents and graduating seniors, guiding them through career field and program exploration, the application process, document collection and necessary testing. Serve as the primary admissions liaison between high school students and Greenville Technical College, ensuring a smooth transition and clear communication. Evaluate and work with the Director of Admissions to review and adjust admissions policies and procedures around dual enrollment. Prepare and deliver presentations and hold individual appointments with prospective students to discuss dual enrollment opportunities, apprenticeships, work based learning, and other relevant topics that support dual enrollment and college transition. Work closely with the Early College Program Coordinator, campus directors, and deans to ensure the appropriate course offerings are available and align with the needs of dual enrolled students. Assist with building and maintaining relationships with all Greenville County K-12 program personnel (high school counselors) to include public and private high schools, charter schools, career centers, and home associations. Accurately enter and update student data in the college's information systems, handling tasks such as social security number corrections, status changes, address updates and withdrawals. Evaluate incoming transcripts to determine course equivalencies and transfer credits. Assists students in understanding their academic records, degree requirements, and any necessary steps for completing their programs. Administer policies related to student course qualifications. Requirements
