The Student Services Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative expertise and event management to support the daily operations of the Center for Academic and Professional Achievement (CAPA), which brings together NECO’s Student Affairs, Student Life, and Academic Success. This full-time, non-exempt position reports directly to the Director of CAPA and provides administrative support to the Associate Dean of Student Affairs. As the central point of contact, this role balances front-line student support with back-end operational logistics, including data tracking, event scheduling, and team coordination. This position requires strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, excellent communication, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, team-based environment. The salary for this position starts at $50,000. This is a hybrid position: 3 days on campus and 2 days remote; however, this can fluctuate depending on the time of year.
