About The Position

The Student Services Coordinator supports Bridgeway’s mission by coordinating student admissions, enrollment, and compliance processes. This position serves as a key liaison among prospective and current families, Academy leadership, staff, and state agencies to help ensure each student’s enrollment experience is organized, compliant, responsive, and compassionate.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in student services, school administration, admissions/enrollment, compliance, healthcare administration, or a related administrative function.
• Experience maintaining confidential records and managing documentation subject to regulatory requirements.
• Strong proficiency with electronic recordkeeping, database systems, Google Workspace, and/or Microsoft Office.
• Experience with student information systems (e.g., FACTS, PowerSchool, or similar) and database management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for prospective and current families regarding admissions and enrollment process.
• Coordinate student admissions, enrollment, placements and renewals in collaboration with Academy Directors.
• Administer and/or oversee the administration of student medications in accordance with individual care plans, maintaining and updating accurate medication records.
• Support compliance with Ohio Department of Education and Workforce (ODEW), Autism Scholarship, Jon Peterson Special Needs Scholarship, and Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS)/Department of Children and Youth (DCY) requirements applicable to the role.
• Partner with CEOs, Academy Program Directors, managers, teachers, therapists, and administrative staff to support student placements and compliance requirements.
• Manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and shifting priorities while remaining organized, calm, and solution-oriented.
