About The Position

We're building something. We need someone who wants to build with us. Next year, we're launching a new vision for student programming — and we need a Student Services Coordinator who's ready to hit the ground running. This isn't a "settle in slowly" role. It's a leadership position for someone who's energized by meaningful work, isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, and genuinely cares about the students and staff who make these programs what they are. About the Role The Student Services Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Student Services and oversees the daily operations of three distinct programs: RISE Academy — Our alternative school for students identified with emotional disturbance. You'll ensure day-to-day operations, staffing, and programming are meeting students' academic and emotional needs. Alternative School — A half-day credit recovery program for high school students. You'll keep this program structured, focused, and moving students forward. SITE Program — Our transition program for students with disabilities, delivering vocational training and life skills instruction. You'll work with staff and community partners to maintain and grow opportunities for students.

  • Communicate clearly and consistently with the Director of Student Services
  • Have direct, professional conversations with staff, families, and stakeholders when students' needs require it
  • Collaborate with building administrators, special education teams, counselors, and outside agencies
  • Manage scheduling, documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements
  • Contribute actively to the ongoing growth of each program
