Cornell University is seeking a Student Services Assistant to join the School of Continuing Education (SCE), where you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for a diverse community of students, faculty, staff, and visitors. As a key member of SCE’s high-functioning registrar and administrative teams, you will serve as a primary point of contact for questions related to enrollment, registration, courses, faculty support, and academic policies and procedures. You will have the opportunity to listen, respond with care, help solve problems, and connect students with the resources and support they need to be successful. This is a full-time (39 hours/week) endowed position based in Ithaca, NY. This position follows a hybrid work arrangement to be mutually agreed upon at the time of hire. The hybrid work arrangement is subject to change at any time. Typical work hours are 8:00am-4:30pm Monday through Friday.
