Student Services Administrator
About The Position
Provide leadership and coordination of student services and career readiness initiatives by supporting the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of work-based learning, student engagement activities, and career-technical outreach. Foster strong relationships with students, staff, and business/industry partners to enhance student growth, postsecondary readiness, and successful transitions to careers and further education. Support district accountability efforts through the coordination, administration, and analysis of career-technical and industry assessments aligned to report card measures and continuous improvement goals.
Requirements
- Leadership and coordination skills.
- Experience in planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of programs.
- Ability to foster strong relationships with students, staff, and business/industry partners.
- Skills in enhancing student growth, postsecondary readiness, and transitions to careers and further education.
- Experience in coordinating, administering, and analyzing career-technical and industry assessments.
- Understanding of report card measures and continuous improvement goals.
