The Student Recruitment & Enrollment Manager is responsible for achieving 100% enrollment by the 10th day of school for all grade levels (K-8). This role involves developing and executing recruitment strategies, implementing marketing and outreach plans, engaging with the community, supporting families through the application process, and coordinating open houses. The manager will also track enrollment metrics, oversee re-registration, plan student orientations, manage new family onboarding, and develop recapture campaigns. Additionally, the position focuses on student retention and persistence, ensuring new students remain enrolled throughout the year and are integrated into the school culture. The role includes managing and developing the student recruitment team, monitoring performance, and providing training. General responsibilities involve event coordination, data management, and collaboration with campus leaders.
