About The Position

The Student Recruitment & Enrollment Manager is responsible for achieving 100% enrollment by the 10th day of school for all grade levels (K-8). This role involves developing and executing recruitment strategies, implementing marketing and outreach plans, engaging with the community, supporting families through the application process, and coordinating open houses. The manager will also track enrollment metrics, oversee re-registration, plan student orientations, manage new family onboarding, and develop recapture campaigns. Additionally, the position focuses on student retention and persistence, ensuring new students remain enrolled throughout the year and are integrated into the school culture. The role includes managing and developing the student recruitment team, monitoring performance, and providing training. General responsibilities involve event coordination, data management, and collaboration with campus leaders. Responsibilities

  • Achieve 100% enrollment on the 10th day of school for all grade levels (K-8).
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies targeting families within a 5-mile radius.
  • Implement a comprehensive marketing plan, including social media, community outreach, and partnerships.
  • Conduct cold calling, attend community events, and perform neighborhood walks.
  • Support families through the application process and ensure registration completion.
  • Organize bi-weekly campus open houses and provide school tours.
  • Track and monitor all stages of the enrollment process and ensure milestones are met.
  • Oversee the re-registration process and follow up with families.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of student orientation.
  • Ensure new families attend onboarding events within the first 10 days of the school year.
  • Develop and execute recapture campaigns to re-engage withdrawn families.
  • Promote Etoile Academy through social media, community events, and informational fairs.
  • Identify and build relationships with local community organizations and partners.
  • Create engagement initiatives for current and prospective families.
  • Ensure 90% of new students persist through the school year through personalized engagement strategies.
  • Lead efforts to help new students and families integrate into the Etoile Academy culture.
  • Manage and develop the student recruitment team, setting and achieving performance goals.
  • Track and evaluate weekly and monthly recruitment metrics.
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to student recruiters.
  • Support and manage logistics for community outreach events.
  • Maintain and track all recruitment data in a central system.
  • Work closely with campus leaders and the COO to align recruitment efforts with school goals.
