The Student Recruitment & Enrollment Manager is responsible for achieving 100% enrollment by the 10th day of school for grades K-8. This role involves developing and executing recruitment strategies, implementing marketing and outreach plans, engaging with the community, and supporting families through the application and registration process. The manager will also coordinate open houses, track enrollment metrics, oversee re-registration, and manage student orientation and new family onboarding. Additionally, this position involves developing recapture campaigns, promoting the school's brand, building local partnerships, and fostering parent and family engagement. A key focus is on student retention and persistence, ensuring new students integrate well into the school culture. The role also includes managing and developing the student recruitment team, monitoring performance, and providing training. General responsibilities include event coordination, data management, and collaboration with campus leaders and the COO.
