The role involves developing and implementing communication strategies, creating social media content, producing informative content for various platforms, conducting research on communication campaigns, fostering community partnerships, maintaining confidentiality, demonstrating adaptability, executing recruitment initiatives, conducting outreach activities, meeting departmental goals, facilitating orientations and interviews, managing applicant files, participating in meetings, coordinating travel arrangements for applicants, performing quality assurance checks, and performing additional duties as assigned.
