About The Position

The Gallogly College of Engineering has a robust outreach and recruitment strategy, and Student Recruiters are a key element of this plan. This position is for the Summer semester only, with potential for continuation into the Fall semester based on evaluation. The role involves leading tours, assisting with recruitment events, and providing general office support.

• Must be currently enrolled in a combination of two terms as a student at the University of Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Lead tours for prospective students and their families.
• Assist with the coordination, logistics, and execution of on-campus and off-campus outreach and recruitment events.
• Assist student services staff with various duties including preparing correspondence; greeting and assisting students, faculty and visitors; answering phones; filing; updating contact databases; data entry; making copies; and other general office support.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
