Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, business, or communications. OR an Associate’s degree plus 2+ years of relevant experience.
• A valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% for local community outreach and recruitment.
• Stellar communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse communities.
• A team-first attitude dedicated to creating winning student outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive Outreach: Energize prospective students and community partners about Job Corps programs.
• Streamline the Journey: Own the recruitment process, from application support to arrival logistics.
