About The Position
BridgePrep Academy is seeking a passionate, charismatic Student Recruiter to join our growth team! In this role, you will serve as the primary brand ambassador across our local communities, executing field recruitment strategies, hosting events, and guiding prospective families from their very first inquiry all the way through enrollment. We believe that every child deserves access to a rigorous, high-quality, student-centered education enriched by our unique Spanish language program. As part of our recruitment team, you are the catalyst that ensures our schools are fully enrolled and filled with thriving learners.
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport with diverse families and community stakeholders.
- High energy, self-motivation, and a desire to continuously learn, adapt, and succeed in a dynamic field environment.
- Willingness to engage in active field work (approx. 45% standing, 30% walking, 25% sitting) and ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally.
- Successful completion of a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in community outreach, student recruitment, event planning, sales, or admissions.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Attend community fairs, host off-site presentations (daycares, youth groups, CBOs), organize cold-calling campaigns, and lead neighborhood canvassing efforts to generate leads and applications.
- Conduct regular, personalized follow-ups via phone, email, and messages to answer questions, guide families through the application steps, and re-engage uninterested leads.
- Host engaging in-person and virtual information sessions, campus tours, and family orientation opportunities.
- Capture photos and videos at school events to support campus communication platforms and brand awareness.
- Conduct application verification calls, capture accurate applicant data, and update recruitment tracking systems in a timely manner.
