Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Data entry experience and knowledge of software applications such as word processing and spreadsheet applications needed.
  • Must possess a valid state driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates Degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Reviews all incoming information for student records to insure accuracy and completeness of each form.
  • Prepares arrival pay sheets for students
  • Reviews student folders to ensure they contain necessary paperwork.
  • Helps update student profiles (ETA 640)
  • Prepares terminated folders.
  • Files Student information into permanent folder.
  • Works with counselors and SPM on arranging student transportation.
  • Inputs accountability information in CIS to generate morning report.
  • Works toward meeting performance management goals.
  • Follows CDSS/CSS/BMS plan and procedures daily.
  • Adheres to required property controls policies and procedures.
  • Maintains good housekeeping in all areas and complies with safety practices.
  • Complies with all DOL guidelines, OFCCP regulations, Job Corps notices and bulletins, and Center policies and procedures.
  • Models, mentors, monitors appropriate Career Success Standards.
  • Continuously helps students become more employable.
  • Performs other duties as assigned within the individuals’ scope and capabilities.
