Reporting to the Associate Director, the Student Records and Systems Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Penn Abroad's student records administration, data management, and operational activities. The role serves as a core part of the inbound Exchange at Penn team, but also collaborates closely with Penn Abroad program teams to support the successful delivery of global learning opportunities for Penn students through a variety of administrative and systems-based functions. Specifically, this position serves as a primary administrator of the office's study abroad application management system, oversees student application and program records, supports application and registration processes, generates reports, and ensures the accuracy and integrity of data. The position works across multiple University systems to complete its core functions. In addition, the Student Records and Systems Coordinator contributes to the overall operations of the Penn Abroad office by providing broader administrative support as needed, including managing front-line communications, supporting reception area functions, coordinating purchasing processes, and assisting with other office-wide initiatives.
