Student Program Assistant
About The Position
This part-time position involves working collaboratively with Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL) staff to support the delivery of signature events, provide a student lens on new initiatives, and engage in outreach activities. It is an ideal opportunity for an undergraduate student eager to develop professional skills while contributing to a strong educational environment. Some hours may be fixed to support scheduled events and programming, while remaining hours will be discussed and arranged around the successful candidate's course schedule. Additional hours may be available during high-volume periods.
Requirements
- Motivated undergraduate student.
- Availability on October 26, 27 and 28.
- Availability on April 26 -29.
- Availability on May 11-13 (mornings).
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of signature events such as the Green + Gold Teaching Showcase.
- Provide a meaningful student lens on new initiatives.
- Engage in outreach activities.
