About The Position

This position is for HSS6510: Santé publique et santé des populations, a Master's level course focusing on applying a population health approach to public health challenges. The course emphasizes healthcare reform, policy development, and interdisciplinary collaboration. It examines population health interventions using theoretical models and frameworks, analyzing multi-level influences (biological, social, environmental) on health throughout the lifespan. The course is delivered in a hybrid format with a minimum of 75% in-person instruction.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a PhD in Health Sciences, Public Health, Population Health, Epidemiology, Health Policy, or a related relevant field, or be a postdoctoral fellow holding a PhD in a relevant field.
Possess university teaching experience or teaching assistant experience.
Demonstrate active and significant engagement in public health, population health, or related scholarly activities, evidenced by publications, scholarly communications, participation in funded research projects, scientific communication activities, knowledge mobilization, or other relevant scholarly contributions.
Possess demonstrated expertise in population health approaches, public health frameworks, and multi-level influences on health throughout the lifespan.
Possess experience in the critical analysis of population health interventions, health policies, or interdisciplinary approaches applied to complex public health issues.
