About The Position
Storage Scholars is seeking driven college students to lead their 2026 moving and storage operations in Boca Raton, FL. This is not a typical internship; it's an opportunity to run campus operations, make decisions, lead teams, and own the outcome. You will be entrusted with real responsibility, provided with training and mentorship, and given the autonomy to execute. The role involves managing student mover teams, overseeing daily operations during move-out and move-in, interacting with student customers, and handling the logistics of loading, unloading, organizing, and transporting student belongings. You will also manage inventory, coordinate with professional moving partners and regional staff, represent Storage Scholars on campus, and assist with outreach. The position requires adaptability in fast-paced environments where plans may change and problems arise.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage student mover teams
- Own daily operations during move-out and move-in
- Work directly with fellow students as your customers
- Load, unload, organize, and transport student belongings
- Drive moving trucks and coordinate logistics
- Manage inventory through our online system
- Organize orders within our storage facilities
- Coordinate with professional moving partners and regional staff
- Represent Storage Scholars on campus and assist with outreach
- Adapt quickly when plans change and problems arise
