About The Position

The Student Worker/Office Assistant will provide administrative, programmatic, and customer service support to the Office of Global Strategies and International Affairs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Welcome and assist students, faculty, staff, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries. Provide general office support, including filing, scanning, copying, data entry, and maintaining confidential student records. Assist with preparing orientation materials, welcome packets, and informational resources for international students. Support the planning and implementation of international events, cultural programs, workshops, and campus activities, including World Heritage Week, International Orientation, and the International Banquet. Help maintain office calendars, schedules, and appointment sign-in logs. Assist with inventory management, supply organization, and preparation of promotional materials.
