Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Must be accepted or enrolled into a Nursing program upon date of hire/transfer and begin classes within 90 days of date of hire/transfer.
Nice To Haves
- Nurse Aide preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with RN preceptors to deliver direct, compassionate nursing care and assist patients with essential activities of daily living.
- Master clinical fundamentals by accurately monitoring vital signs and observing patient status to ensure timely medical responses.
- Influence care planning by reporting critical observations and test results, directly contributing to the development of patient treatment strategies.
- Maintain real-time documentation of patient progress and environmental safety to ensure seamless communication across the healthcare team.
- Support clinical flow by preparing and transporting patients for diagnostic services and managing the immediate care environment.
