The Student Manager schedules, coordinates, and supervises the functions of the Aquatics staff, including coordination of hiring, training, and performance evaluation of the student staff, maintaining safety standards, and creating a positive, active experience for all patrons of the Aquatics Center. They may also perform the duties of a Lifeguard as needed. This position reports to the MCCH Aquatics Center Coordinator. They are responsible to the Student Employment Coordinator and Payroll Coordinator for the University Centers.
