The Department Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and program support for the High School Residential Boarding Program and serves as the primary administrative assistant to the Senior Director of Student Life. This role coordinates department logistics, communications, scheduling, data management, and evening/overnight programming (OST-style). The Coordinator facilitates cross-team collaboration with academic, health, facilities, and family partners to ensure safe, compliant, student-centered residential operations. On-campus residency is required for the duration of employment. Private staff housing is provided. Must be available to live on campus and respond to residential needs as requested by Student Life leadership.
