About The Position

Gateway High School is seeking a Part-Time Student Leadership & Digital Media Arts Teacher for the 2026-2027 School Year. Gateway High School is dedicated to equipping every student, irrespective of their learning style or prior academic performance, with the skills, habits, and knowledge essential for post-secondary success. Requirements

  • Current California single subject teaching credential

  • Proof of a CA teaching credential or information indicating your eligibility to receive one

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the media arts
  • Experience teaching similar courses
  • Strong organizational and event planning skills

Responsibilities

  • Teach 1 block of Student Leadership and 1 block of Digital Media Arts
  • Support students to develop social media presence for GHS
  • Support students to produce the Gator News Network
  • Support students to lead key schoolwide events
