About The Position

Gateway High School is seeking a Part-Time Student Leadership & Digital Media Arts Teacher for the 2026-2027 School Year. Gateway High School is committed to helping each student—regardless of learning style or previous academic achievement—gain the skills, habits and knowledge necessary for post-secondary success. Requirements

  • Commitment to Gateway's mission, including a desire to work with a diverse student body
  • Strong organizational and event planning skills
  • Current California single subject teaching credential

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the media arts, and/or teaching similar courses

Responsibilities

  • Teach 1 block of Student Leadership and 1 block of Digital Media Arts
  • Support students to develop social media presence for GHS and to produce the Gator News Network
  • Support students to lead key schoolwide events
