The Grinnell Press Co-Editor-in-Chief is responsible for leading the Grinnell Press publication cycle and organization. They co-lead the semesterly publication cycle, which includes leading the selection and hiring of Press content creators, coordinating editors' and content creators' collaborative book project, supporting Press staff by providing peer mentoring and assistance with projects, and coordinating with supervisor and printers to print books each semester. The co-Editor-in-Chief is also responsible for managing Press social media, outreach, and events that publicize Press's work and present creative opportunities for the student body. Editors-in-Chief are also charged with annual organization processes, such as managing and advocating for Press's budget, hiring Press editors and editors-in-chief on an annual basis, and other organizational needs that are coordinated with the Department of Student Involvement.
