Requirements

  • Experience in a relevant field such as fundraising, non-profit management, or communication (2-3 years required).
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of fundraising practices and principles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on potential donors, grant opportunities, and fundraising trends.
  • Prepare reports and analysis on fundraising initiatives.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the development database.
  • Contribute to the creation of fundraising materials and campaigns.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of grant proposals.
  • Attend and participate in departmental and organizational meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.
