Student Interns at Dickinson Wright PLLC will join a supportive working environment within a firm that has a national platform. They will handle sophisticated matters for some of the nation’s largest and most innovative companies.

- Meet Minimum Performance Standards as provided in the Attorney Manual.
Responsibilities
- Research all aspects of a matter, including relevant state law, case law and other legal texts.
- Draft legal documents, including reports, contracts, pleadings, etc.
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.
- Represent clients at meetings, hearings and/or trials.
- Act as a business representative and working with the business to ensure that legal matters are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with discovery, attend depositions, work on trial preparation, jury selection and attend trial.
- Work under the supervision of senior attorneys.
