About The Position

Are you looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in the steel pipe manufacturing industry? As a Borusan Berg Pipe Student Intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop technical skills in a real-world industrial setting. For the 2026 summer season, we are seeking an intern to join our Maintenance Department. This is an onsite in person position at our Panama City facility. This internship is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience while allowing you to contribute to our team’s success.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or technical program, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Support engineering and maintenance initiatives focused on equipment upgrades, process improvements, and capital projects within a heavy manufacturing environment.
  • Assist with design work, vendor coordination, project planning, and implementation efforts to enhance operational capabilities and support production changes.
