About The Position

This position is for a high school student (18+ years of age) with a permit to work or a high school graduate enrolled in a degreed or vocational program. The intern will learn and understand the basic principles and methods used in the Pathology Administration department, always following established protocols.

Requirements

• Must be a high school student (18+ years of age) with a permit to work or a high school graduate enrolled in a degreed or vocational program.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Good communication skills and diplomacy to interact and communicate effectively.
• Able to stay organized.
• Ability to work independently once given direction.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in outpatient areas of a hospital or in community health centers is desirable.
