This is a temporary (fixed term) full-time position with a standard work week of 40 hours, typically on a day shift. The role involves learning the daily routines of healthcare/research investigators, fostering career interests in healthcare/research, and gaining experience in the academic, technical, and personal skills required for these professions. The student will develop an understanding of different health/research careers, including their unique cultures and work environments, and the critical connections between education, work, and goal attainment. Responsibilities include complying with policies and procedures for patient rights, informed consent, and confidential information, completing required training, adhering to safe work practices, and understanding and modeling Core Standards.
