The Academic Success Student Hourly Assistant will assist with processing student calls and requests regarding documents for the Texas Success Initiative Assessment (TSIA). Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service for the Student Academic Success Center, using sound, independent judgment to refer student complaints and courses of action that are within the University's policies, rules, and procedures. This role involves communicating with students to determine any support required to advance their academic success, performing data entry, filing, and other administrative support, and performing other duties as assigned.
