Student Government- Extracurricular Board Advisor, Rogers High School
About The Position
Rogers High School is seeking a Student Government- Extracurricular Board Advisor for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a one-year-only position starting in September 2026. The advisor will report directly to the Principal and will receive a stipend of $1,500.00. The ideal candidate will have a work schedule that allows them to fulfill advisory obligations without interfering with their regular work schedule and will integrate well with the high school's advisory program. Previous advisory experience is desired, and current employment at Rogers High School is preferred. The ability to perform the listed responsibilities will be assessed through previous experience and an interview.
Requirements
- Should have a work schedule which will enable him/her to meet the advisory obligations without interference with his/her regular working schedule and will fit in with the advisory program at the high school.
- Demonstrated ability to perform the responsibilities listed below as evidenced by previous experience and the interview process.

- Previous advisory experience desired.
- Present employment at Rogers High School preferred.
Responsibilities
- Schedules and supervises meetings, and activities of the Student Government Extracurricular Board on the premises of Rogers High School.
- Selects appropriate materials and activities and reviews them with the Principal for authorization.
- Organizes and schedules activities to coordinate with the school calendar.
- Maintains financial accounting records and reports status to the Principal.
- Ensures that students are transported according to school policy.
- Performs any other duties stipulated by the Principal of Rogers High School.
