About The Position
Tiger ID is seeking a Student GameDay Assistant to help troubleshoot Tiger ID credential issues on GameDay. This role involves working on weekends during all AU Football home games and requires initial in-person training during weekdays (8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday).
Requirements
- Enrolled student at Auburn University
Responsibilities
- Assisting students in adding the Tiger ID to their device
- Verifying NFC issues on phones
- Removing/restricting invalid Tiger ID credentials
- Reporting Tiger ID misuse
