About The Position
We are looking for a detail-oriented graduate student to manage our requirements processing. This position involves reviewing financial aid forms submitted by students and parents, determining if they have been completed accurately, and interacting with students and parents to inform them of missing, incomplete, or inaccurate documents. The role also includes imaging completed documents into the imaging system and answering emails and phone calls with questions from parents and students related to requirements.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate student
- Must have filed a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
- Must be eligible for federal student aid
Responsibilities
