About The Position

Under the direction of the Senior Manager of Wellness Programs, the successful candidate will be a bridge from the community/family to the school to ensure student successes and improve attendance issues. In addition, the Student & Family Support Worker will work with various partners and provide direction to resources and supports for education, wellness, career and employment related services to students and residents of their community.

Requirements

• Diploma in social work, education, or another related field.
• Two years of related experience, ideally in the field of education, career development, wellness, or client service.
• Experience working in the North.
• Completion of a satisfactory Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Search.
