About The Position
The University of New Mexico Student Health and Counseling (SHAC) is seeking highly motivated student applicants to join our team as a Facilities Stock Clerk. The ideal candidate needs to be comfortable with talking to peers and assisting with their needs. Must be an enthusiastic and team-oriented person who is self-driven with good initiative and prepared to ask questions when warranted.
Requirements
- Must have current Work-Study Award (Federal or State)
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a customer service position is preferred
- Experience in the healthcare system as reception, aide, or volunteer is preferred
Responsibilities
- Using online portals to order and receive medical supplies
- Work with vendors to process returns and follow up on orders
- Maintain stock room
- Fulfill orders placed by SHAC medical departments
- Assist with maintaining stock of PPE gear around SHAC
- Other light duties to assist SHAC facilities
