Student Experience Coordinator

In this role, you’ll support both students and staff, help keep our department running smoothly, and play a key part in ensuring every student gets the service, support, and guidance they deserve. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service/admin experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfort with basic computer applications and 10‑key
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct students for appointments
- Answer and route calls on a multi‑line phone system
- Manage and distribute department mail
- Maintain and update student files (scanning, linking, data entry)
- Generate basic reports and assist with bulletin board updates
- Provide backup support to other coordinators as needed
