In this role, you’ll support both students and staff, help keep our department running smoothly, and play a key part in ensuring every student gets the service, support, and guidance they deserve. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of customer service/admin experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfort with basic computer applications and 10‑key

Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct students for appointments
  • Answer and route calls on a multi‑line phone system
  • Manage and distribute department mail
  • Maintain and update student files (scanning, linking, data entry)
  • Generate basic reports and assist with bulletin board updates
  • Provide backup support to other coordinators as needed
