S/L Student Events Sales Associate
About The Position
Westminster University Bookstore is looking for a creative, reliable, and customer-focused student to join our team as a part-time Events Sales Associate. Events Sales Associates are responsible for setting up and running W Shop pop-ups at events across campus throughout the school year including sporting events, evening events, and weekend events as needed. This role requires a flexible schedule, a willingness to work outside of typical work hours, and occasional outdoor setups depending on the event. If you’ve got an eye for style, love talking to people, and are looking for a campus job flexible with your class schedule, this could be a great fit. You’ll be a go-to person for all things, clothing and merch helping create a fun and welcoming shopping experience for customers wherever the pop-up lands.
Requirements
- Must be a current Westminster University student enrolled full-time.
- Good communicator who's easy to work with and reliable.
- Available some evenings/weekends, with a schedule built around your class load.
Nice To Haves
- Some retail or customer experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Help customers find the right size, fit, and style for Westminster apparel and gear.
- Use POS and inventory systems to ring up sales, check stock, and answer questions.
- Greet customers and recommend products.
