Requirements

  • A minimum of two years in a phone-based sales role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, ideally in B2C sales
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with KPIs or targets
  • A self-motivated and results-driven mindset
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Passion for helping people improve their future
  • Full working rights in Australia
