About The Position

Assists with the daily operations of the University Health Club and maintains knowledge of its programs and services. This position is located at the OU Health Campus / Oklahoma City campus. The employee is expected to perform most job duties independently and in accordance with established policies and procedures. Travel may be required.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at the University of Oklahoma during the Fall 2026 Term; hiring is contingent upon verification of current student status.
• Must attach a Fall 2026 OU class schedule.
• Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills when interacting with students, employees, members, and the public.
• Must have lifeguarding or swimming experience.
• Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
• Hiring is contingent upon a background check.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and direct them appropriately.
• Greet and assist members and visitors.
• Monitor the front desk, swimming pool, and other facility areas.
• Help maintain the facility’s appearance and cleanliness.
• Maintain knowledge of University Health Club programs and services.
