About The Position

Assist students with the college enrollment process and orient students to college policies, procedures, resources, and technology. Serve as the primary point of contact for student enrollment needs and questions to resolve barriers to student success and refer appropriately to other departments as needed. Provide customer care and communicate effectively and accurately via email, telephone, or in person with students. Facilitate student learning by orienting students to the enrollment process, college policies, technological tools, and campus resources. Assist with training and mentoring new employees and provide help in the ongoing development of training materials. Complete any additional administrative projects, including overseeing the daily SDS schedule to contribute to the department's seamless operation. Serve as a point of contact for staff on the day-to-day department needs and provide guidance when the supervisor is unavailable. Provide, receive, and accurately process paperwork related to the enrollment process in accordance with the Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA).

Requirements

  • Associates degree
  • 1 year experience
