The Student Connection & Achievement Manager provides leadership for the daily operations, programs, services, and initiatives of the Roberto Hernández Center. This position advances student success by fostering engagement, belonging, leadership development, and academic achievement among Latino/a/e students and other students served by the Center. The manager oversees the implementation and assessment of programs and services that support the Center's mission, supervises professional and student staff, manages fiscal and operational resources, and develops collaborative partnerships across campus and within the community. The Student Connection & Achievement Collective at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM) is looking for an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented professional to join a team in a dynamic, fast-paced, educational environment. The Roberto Hernandez Center (RHC) was founded in 1970 as the Spanish Speaking Outreach Institute with a mission to uplift and empower Latino/a/e students. Today, it proudly serves individuals from all backgrounds. We offer resources, programs, and community connections designed to foster success and belonging for everyone who walks through our doors.
