About The Position

Apogee Architectural Metals is hiring Student Co-Ops for 2027 at our Wausau, WI and Monett, MO locations. These positions are an eight- to nine-month commitment, running from January 2027-August 2027 or May 2027-December 2027. The program offers hands-on project experience, professional development, and opportunities in departments such as Operations Excellence Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, and Supply Chain. The specific number of positions and departments will be determined later. The program includes a structured, project-based approach focusing on skill growth, technology and systems knowledge, business acumen, and professional development. Participants will receive regular coaching and feedback from mentors and supervisors, leadership opportunities through activities and presentations, and chances to connect with the leadership team. The role also involves exposure to other Apogee locations and business units, and collaboration with other interns on projects, community events, and social activities. Architectural Metals (Metals) is a segment within Apogee that provides aluminum windows, curtainwall, storefront, and entrance systems. They offer integrated capabilities including design, engineering, extrusion, finishing, fabrication, and assembly. Their market-leading brands serve a wide range of construction projects across the U.S. and Canada, known for dependable on-time service, robust engineering, broad product portfolio, and industry-leading quality. Brands include Alumicor, EFCO, Linetec, and Tubelite.
