About The Position

Apogee Architectural Metals is hiring Student Co-Ops for 2027 at their Wausau, WI and Monett, MO locations. These positions have an eight- to nine-month commitment, running from January 2027-August 2027 or May 2027-December 2027. The program offers hands-on project experience, professional development, and exposure to various aspects of the business. Potential opportunities include roles in Operations Excellence Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supply Chain. The program is structured around skill set growth, technology and systems knowledge, business acumen, and professional development, with regular coaching, feedback sessions, leadership opportunities, and connections with the leadership team. Interns will also have exposure to other Apogee locations and business units and will partner with other interns on projects and activities.

Requirements

Must be a student seeking a co-op position for 2027.
Commitment for an eight- to nine-month period (January 2027-August 2027 or May 2027-December 2027).

Responsibilities

Participate in a structured, project-based program focusing on skill set growth, technology and systems knowledge, business acumen, and professional development.
Engage in regular coaching and feedback sessions with mentors and supervisors.
Take on leadership opportunities through activities and presentations.
Connect with the leadership team through various events.
Gain exposure to other Apogee locations and business units.
Partner with other interns through projects, community events, and social activities.
