About The Position

This is a state-certified Nurse Aide Training Program at NHC Somerville. The program is a fast-paced training class that is completed in just two weeks. Orientation is on November 27, 2026, and class dates are November 30–December 11, 2026. No absences or tardiness are permitted, and students must pass each test with a score of 80% or greater to continue in the course. A $40 deposit for books and supplies is required on the first day and will be returned upon graduation. Students must also purchase one set of scrubs. A criminal background check and review of the Tennessee and/or National Abuse Registry for Children and Adults will be conducted. Individuals with a felony conviction, certain misdemeanor charges, and/or placement on an abuse registry may not be eligible for admission. Employment opportunities may be available upon successful completion of the course.

• Social Security Card
• Availability for the entire two-week class duration (November 30–December 11, 2026)
• Ability to pass all tests with a score of 80% or greater
