About The Position
Primary Health Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center serving a diverse patient population with complex cases and team-based care. This rotation offers students exposure to real community health experiences. We accept Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, Dentist, and Social Work students. An active affiliation agreement between your school and PHC is required. Students must complete onboarding and compliance requirements before their first day. Applications should be submitted at least 60 days prior to the desired start date. Placement is contingent upon preceptor availability.
Requirements
- Must be a Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, Dentist, or Social Work student.
- Your school must have an active affiliation agreement with PHC.
- Must complete onboarding and compliance requirements before the first day.
- Must apply at least 60 days before the desired rotation start date.
