About The Position

This part-time opportunity is for a Student Business Development Team Lead representing SpaceX on behalf of Mosaic. The role focuses on sales, lead generation, community outreach, and customer conversations within an assigned territory or campus. Team Lead responsibilities include supporting local recruiting, scheduling, and team coordination. It is a hands-on field role involving door-to-door outreach, local events, community connections, and referrals. The position offers paid training, ongoing coaching, hourly pay, and commission for qualified activations. Team Leads can also earn referral bonuses for eligible hires.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in school and able to work 15 to 25 hours per week around class schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and a smartphone.
Ambitious, coachable, comfortable meeting new people, and excited to learn.
Self-motivated and dependable.
Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Experience in sales, fundraising, customer service, athletics, student organizations, or campus leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities
