About The Position

Mosaic is hiring ambitious students to help bring Starlink internet to rural and underserved communities. This is a hands-on field role where you will be out in the community, starting conversations, building awareness, and helping families explore reliable high-speed connectivity. You will own an assigned territory near campus and use door-to-door outreach as your main focus, with opportunities to build momentum through local events, community connections, and referrals. You will receive paid training from Mosaic and Starlink/SpaceX, ongoing coaching, and the chance to earn hourly pay plus commission for every qualified activation.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in school and able to work 15 to 25 hours per week around your class schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
Reliable personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and a smartphone.
Ambitious, coachable, comfortable meeting new people, and excited to learn.
Self-motivated and dependable.
Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Experience in sales, fundraising, customer service, athletics, student organizations, or campus leadership.

Responsibilities

Own your territory by planning routes, tracking outreach, and learning what works.
Introduce Starlink through door-to-door outreach, explain offerings, answer questions, and help interested customers get started using your personal referral code.
Make an impact in the community by looking for opportunities beyond the front door, including farmers’ markets, community events, local business partnerships, and civic groups.
Grow your network by turning positive conversations and satisfied customers into introductions to neighbors, family, and friends.
Learn from your results by logging activity, sales, hours, and mileage in Mosaic's field app and participating in regular check-ins with your Regional Sales Manager.
